Oppo Reno9 Pro Plus Launched With Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 Chipset

Oppo Reno9 officially launched in the Chinese market. As usual, several models have been released with Oppo Reno9 Pro Plus as the flagship series.

As the name suggests, Oppo Reno9 Pro Plus has proven specifications compared to other models. One of those cited by GSM Arena on Friday (November 25, 2022) is this Android phone with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset.

Not only that, Oppo has also included a MariSilicon X NPU chip in this smartphone. As mentioned, the chipset improves the quality of color and detail in photos.

Oppo Reno9 Pro Plus has a 6.7 inch AMOLED display with curved sides. Externally, the design of this smartphone is no different from other Reno9 models and is slightly reminiscent of the Reno8.

The smartphone comes with three rear camera options consisting of a 50MP main lens with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. Selfie requirements remain with the 32MP front camera.

And to support that performance, it has a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. This smartphone is available in three colors black, gold and mint green.

Oppo Reno9 Pro Plus runs ColorOS 13 based on Android 13. The smartphone sells for a starting price of 3,999 yuan or around 8.7 million rupees.

The latest Oppo HP phone will go on sale in China on December 2, 2022. However, it is not yet known if the smartphone will be launched in other markets including Indonesia.

Meanwhile, after Oppo revealed its presence in August 2022, it finally lifted the veil of mystery regarding the schedule for Oppo Pad Air’s advance into Indonesia. Oppo Indonesia has announced that the tablet will be released in early December 2022.

In an official statement on Monday (November 21, 2022), in addition to the launch of the Oppo Pad Air, Oppo Indonesia announced a flip cover, a smart Bluetooth keyboard and a smart pen.

With these complete accessories, Oppo says this tablet can be used as a perfect companion to support productivity, including enjoying entertainment such as games and multimedia.

Oppo Pad Air is also equipped with several essential features such as powerful multitasking and online gaming for optimal multimedia entertainment. According to Oppo, the tablet is designed for Indonesian mobile consumers who need a device for everyday use.

Besides performance, this tablet is said to have a compact, thin and light design for its class. Thus, the tablet fits snugly in the hand and is comfortable to use for extended periods of time.

Competent Oppo is very optimistic about Indonesia’s first tablet product. The existence of hardware interconnections has always been something of interest to O fans and loyal Oppo consumers.

Interconnect features allow consumers to experience continuity between their phone and tablet via a seamless wireless network. In addition, this interconnection feature already supports many other devices such as Oppo A77s and Oppo Reno8 series.

The specifications of this tablet for the Indonesian market have not been revealed, but the Oppo Pad Air itself was introduced worldwide a few months ago. Therefore, the specifications of this tablet are likely to be the same as the global version.

Oppo Pad Air comes with a 10.36 inches IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

For connoisseurs of entertainment content, Oppo has included four speakers in the tablet with Dolby Atmos technology to create more detailed sound.

In terms of performance, Oppo Pad Air is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset.

As mentioned above, this tablet comes with RAM and storage variants of 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB.

For users who feel the tablet’s storage is limited, Oppo offers a microSD slot to add internal storage.

Unfortunately, this tablet does not offer LTE or 5G network capabilities. So users can only rely on WiFi connectivity.

In terms of photographic features, the tablet uses an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera, as well as ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 specially designed for this tablet model.

To support your daily activities, Oppo uses a 7,100mAh battery with 18W charging in this tablet.
